Organizational Change Management (OCM) is more than a buzzword to True–it’s the cornerstone for our effective transformation. Communications, preparedness, change management, and alignment are all necessary components to an enterprise change strategy.
Truely Agile™ Program Overview
Developed in concert with our internal Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Scrum Masters and PMP-Certified Professionals, our Truely Agile™ program has successfully impacted hundreds of participants at numerous Client sites. Our simple yet effective goal is to instruct on the essential fundamentals and principles of Agile and Scrum, thereby creating a foundation for subsequent practical implementation.
With over 30 years of collective Scrum and Agile experience, each member of our training team brings a proven blend of skills, knowledge, and tested techniques to each session. Our training, coaching and consulting are grounded in providing proven best practices and exploring client-driven real-world experiences. Our approach is very “agile.” We are adaptive and flexible, customizing each and every training to best meet the needs of each individual client and/or participant. In other words, simply put, we offer a Truely Agile™ approach to your organization, allowing for successful execution.
Ultimately, Truely Agile™ is a program less about teaching a dedicated Agile framework than it is about creating efficiencies within standard IT and/or business environments. These efficiencies have enabled participants to:
*Respond more effectively to unpredictability (better adapt)
*Accelerate success stories and thereby ROI
*Improve product and/or project deployment time
*Reduce cost
*Increase collaboration and visibility
Sessions may be taken individually, or a comprehensive program for teams and/or entire organizations may be created. Experience has shown that companies who treat the Agile/Scrum transformation as a change management process are most successful.
True is proud to be a member of the Agile Alliance.
Intended Audience: Agile is most successfully implemented with a company-wide implementation. Agile training is appropriate for anyone in a business environment whose business flow, demands, and/or needs change rapidly.
