Rochell is a decisive fiscal leader with over 25 years of corporate accounting and financial management experience. Rochell joined True in 2013. Practiced in all aspects of financial operations including strategic planning, cash management, cost containment, and establishing internal controls/procedures to support optimal results, Rochell has been a valuable team player with the skills necessary to partner with executive management and field managers to provide timely and accurate analyses, shrewd suggestions, and practical solutions throughout the years.
Prior to joining True, Rochell served in various roles including Finance Manager, Assistant Controller, and Controller in multiple companies, both large and small. Her experiences at Unilever and Macy’s as well as in a Diversity Owned business within the IT consulting industry specializing in providing Managed Services to fortune 500 companies enabled to step right into her role at True.
Her demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, measuring and continually improving policies, procedures and control systems to ensure a continuously sound financial structure is unparalleled. Rochell also brings exceptional interpersonal and communication skills allowing her to build consensus across disparate stakeholder groups.
Rochell received a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University and her MBA in Finance from Benedictine University. She currently lives in the western suburbs and enjoys traveling and quality time spent with family and friends.
