Senior Vice President, Managed Service Delivery
Jim is a creative and thoughtful leader who approaches solutions looking at many different viewpoints. With over 25 years of experience in technology, most of which have been in leadership roles, Jim has proven himself as a critical thinker adapt at influencing others and delivering results. He has a proven track record of improving IT service delivery, delivering business-focused solutions, and optimizing IT investments. As a former chairman and board member in a local municipal government, he understands how to build strong long-lasting relationships and encourages collaboration to solve complex issues.
Jim joined True in 2012. Prior to True, he had worked as a Developer, Project Manager, and Information Technology leader. Jim has a broad level of experience ranging from detailed assignments to big picture strategy. Most recently before True, Jim was at the Sara Lee Corporation where he spent the 12 previous years, first working in their Coffee and Tea business and then their corporate offices as the Director of Information technology. Jim was responsible for the North American IT teams and Global Shared Applications.
Today at True, Jim is the Senior Vice President of Managed Services Delivery and is responsible for True’s managed services area. During his tenure at True, Jim held various roles before taking over the day-to-day leadership of the managed services team in 2015. Under Jim’s tutelage, the managed services area of the business has continued to be successful and to be the model for many of the policies and processes in the other business areas of True. Jim is a take-charge leader developing high-performing global teams and implementing changes to achieve objectives.
Jim and his family live locally and spend much of their spare time outdoors riding ATV’s, motorcycling, and hiking. Jim also enjoys volunteering at local charities that support homelessness and mental illness.
