Jennifer is proud to be at the helm of True Group, Inc., a certified woman-owned business. True began in 2004, and Jennifer has played an integral role in its growth and success since the beginning. Today at True, Jennifer is responsible for providing strategic leadership for all divisions of the organization including overseeing all operations efforts.

Having spent close to 30 years in Leadership, Training, Human Resources, and Performance Management/Organizational Design, Jennifer is a proven leader with a reputation for inspiring change and driving business performance through technology, collaboration, and learning and performance initiatives. She has successfully led countless teams in varying industries throughout her career. In her leadership roles, Jennifer has created and led profit centers, has been instrumental in successfully overseeing and executing change management initiatives within Fortune 100 companies, and has been influential in achieving organizational design implementations both within the private and public sectors.

By integrating new and emerging technologies, using data and analytics, and employing the latest applications and approaches to enhance and improve learning and development programs and operations initiatives, she remains loyal to the ideology that interaction, collaboration, and integration are critical components in all learning and change management processes and thereby successful environments.

Jennifer has a track record of delivering impactful results through high performing teams, industry leading strategies, digital and information technology initiatives, and strong partnerships.

Jennifer graduated Cum Laude from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Cum Laude from Harvard University with a Master of Education specializing in Training and Curriculum Design. She then continued her education toward a doctorate degree at the University of Chicago.

Jennifer serves on the board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana (RMHC-CNI) as well is a member of the Harvard Alumni Association (HAA), the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the American Staffing Association (ASA), and the Agile Alliance. She is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with the SCRUM Alliance. She serves as a Sustaining Member of the Hinsdale Chapter of the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago and is a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. Jennifer and her husband, Brian, live in Hinsdale with their three children.
