Developed and launched a Mobile App used by the winery’s innovation team and provided demos of True’s flyby® functionality to our Client’s strategic retail partners. This project included testing various promotions via In App, SMS, and Wi-Fi-based messaging, creating digital experiences tailored to consumer insights strategies, and providing a digital hub for innovation events.
True’s flyby® Phase II
The next stages of the project include installing True’s flyby® into wineries to enable operational analytics through Beacon and Wi-Fi management, loyalty brand customers integration, customer engagement via the Mobile App, and various additional consumer insights including but not limited to dwell times, promotions, known/repeated, etc.
When one of the world’s largest food brands divested their pet food division to a large Private Equity firm, that firm again relied on their tech partner True to build an IT organization from scratch including the ERP system, communications, system integration, and more… all within 90 days of LOI starting with the corporate office.
People still don’t believe that we and our client collectively developed a strategic IT Go Forward Plan, implemented an entirely new IT organization (including new infrastructure, ERP, Financials, etc.), implemented a Change Management and Training program, and helped create and implement an enterprise security and DR strategy in such a short time span.
Phase II & III
Within the next 6 months, for 6 additional plant locations located across the United States, True helped fully integrate all new systems and programs (including WMS, Manufacturing, and Digital), provide on-site training, and provide ongoing support for all systems and infrastructure, new facility implementation, and development for various system enhancements.
Full outsourcing of training technologies that True supports, updates, customizes, and deploys for thousands of field representatives, managers of all levels, and home office – including, but not limited to, curriculum development (learning pathways), eLearning, Virtual and Face to Face Instructor Led Training, and sustainable resources for technology ecosystems, business processes, and compliance as well as LMS support and SharePoint design, development, and deployment.

Facilitated the definition of a Next Generation Retail Platform (NGRP) for global markets which included leading strategic workshops to drive alignment, define vision and principles, and deliver architecture design.
We are currently in the process of completing the strategic roadmap and maintaining global program management encompassing NGRP, virtualization, and POS / BOS services.
