A Message From Our President During This Difficult Time

The past few weeks, indeed months, have brought a great deal of change and uncertainty. Companies have had to shift their workforces to operate remotely or have had to let many of their valued workers go. Learning and education have gone fully digital. Individuals have been forced to practice social distancing from family, friends, and neighbors. This is an exceptional situation we are facing in our own backyards and around the world.

Despite the challenges and roadblocks, it is important to focus on the bright spots we have seen. The resiliency of individuals. The agility and adaptability of businesses. The innate goodness of people going out of their way to help others. Our healthcare workers working around the clock to get us through this trying time. And much more.

These are all reminders that despite the uncertainty, we will get through this time and these challenges. As a company, True is working tirelessly to continue to support our Clients and Team Members so that things can be as close to “business as normal” as possible, during a time that is anything but.

That said, it is especially clear to us as we adhere to various Shelter in Place ordinances and social distancing practices how important it is to help those in need. Now more than ever, it is vital that we make a commitment to give back and to help one another. True has always emphasized a culture of servant leadership and being charitable. Today, it is more important than ever to help our neighbors.

This has been an incredibly challenging moment in time for us all, but we’ve been uplifted and found special meaning in being there for others. Our clients have been taking extraordinary measures to help feed and support our essential healthcare workers, our families, and our friends and our teams have been following suit.

We’re in this together. Thank you for caring and for your patience as we navigate through these changing times.

And, as always, our thoughts are with all of those who are affected by COVID-19.

Stay safe and stay well.
