Full of optimism and determinism, the partners of True Consulting opened its doors in 2004. With a handful of loyal consultants and clients and no offices or marketing materials of which to speak, True began as a small, service-minded IT Consulting business.
As our IT consulting business continued to grow, Clients continued to ask us to stretch our service offerings and our geographic footprint. Soon enabling us to complement our Consulting offering with our Search, Managed Services, and Field Services offerings in multiple locations across the country.
Additionally, as our business grew, so did our realization that many Clients were experiencing a similar problem – service providers who were not willing or perhaps able to be challenged outside of their “core competencies.”
The result: Our Clients were forced to work with several fractional providers in order to accomplish their objectives. Each of these fractional providers had their own strict Service Level Agreements defining provided services, timeframes, and metrics. Consequently, services were becoming overly segmented and too reliant on specific tasks outlined in restrictive Statements of Work.
